GB | January sneak peek....

hello there, happy New Years eve... :)

sharing a quick post today with sneak peeks of my upcoming January Gossamer Blue projects... another month filled with bunches and bunches of must have goodies and even more Gossamer Blue exclusives, YAY!!

i hope you had a wonderful Christmas... i woke up motivated, and hit up the gym, doing laundry, clean out the fridge and the family helped me de-Christmased the house. i'm glad that is done. it's nice having our space back. more room for the kids to play and for Nala to run w/ her toys. looking forward to relaxing the rest of the day...

oh and here's a photo of Nala, i rarely snap photos of her. if she's still, she's sleeping or always running around. she was very happy to play w/ her new Christmas gifts, a big doggie bone and a bunny rabbit, ha!

gossamer blue | a Christmas layout...

YAY, it's finally Friday :)

this months there were two beautiful theme kits, life pages themed add-on (sold out!) and December themed add-on. each kit is filled with a mix of pretty Christmas colors where you can mix and match to your liking. perfectly coordinates with Gossamer Blues December memories kit, which i LOVE! i really enjoyed playing w/ these two kits and have a few other projects in the works using both, which i'll share later this month...

my "Oh Snap" layout uses both of December themed add-on kits. i love these photos of my friend Penny and i. we had such an awesome time last year during our photo booth session at the Craft Mafia exhibit in Richmond.

Tyler | our eleven year old...

my little man turned 11 day before Thanksgiving. we drove down to my parents and celebrated his awesomeness with lots of cake, ice cream with plenty Xbox games and a gift card to keep him busy...

 love that smile :D

and yet, there's a reason why we've not had a family photo shoot lately, he can't keep a straight face...

he's definitely got personality... xo!

gossamer blue | Sept., project 12...

as the year is coming to a close, i'm thinking i need to sit down and catch up on my project 12 and at least get October and November done so i can begin the new year fresh with 2014's album... in the meantime, head on over to the Gossamer Blue blog for my latest project 12 blog post to read more about this months entry using a mix of goodies from December's monthly kits...

gossamer blue | December project...

guten morgen!! i hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and ate as much as you wanted. i know i did. hell, i enjoyed pecan pie three times on the big day and enjoyed a big slice of it for breakfast Friday morning, hahaha. and i did manage to fit in a trip or two to the gym :) this year i had not planned on shopping black Friday, but after seeing what the ads had to offer, i decided i needed to be amongst the chaos, haha. no camping out for me, but i did stand in line for two hours at a time at two different places and it was all worth it...

today, i have a layout share using the ever so fabulous Gossamer Blue December main kit... LOVE LOVE LOVE! i used a mix of everything the kit had to offer, die-cut files and printables. my vision for the design of this layout wasn't the original one. matter of fact, i redid the page entirely. i love how the layout turned out... though it's not generally my style, but nice to change things up a bit.
